2014 Rewind

Ok so it's about to get nostalgic and very sappy up in here...

2014, a year of change and so many new experiences for me. Finishing secondary school and starting university has been the biggest I have to say, which was both bitter and sweet.

Being stuck into the books for the majority of the first half of 2014 really paid off as I did really well in my exams.

It was a crazy year, I had a trip of a lifetime to California and Chicago, then a great trip to London with Lizzy, I got to go to an intimate Ed Sheeran gig, got myself a boyfriend and my first ever job!

I have no idea what 2015 will bring but I hope it will be a year to remember.

I wish you all all the best in 2015 and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Irish Beauty Blogger Secret Santa 2014 #irishbbloggersSS14

Even though I feel that I can't feel much more Christmassy than I already feel right now, there is nothing more that I enjoy than taking part in Secret Santa!

When I saw that Aisling from Total Makeup Addict was hosting a Secret Santa for beauty bloggers around Ireland I jumped at the chance of taking part. She sent us all an email of the information we needed for the person we were assigned and from then on we started the creeping process!

I was Vicki from HappyBubbleGal's Secret Santa so if you want to see what I got her be sure to check out her blog. It was a very exciting process as we all used the hashtag to keep each other updated with our shopping and the wrapping of the gifts and by December the 5th all of the presents were on their way!

On the 5th of December I had a special delivery of my present to my door by my Secret Santa herself.. It was Lizzy from Life with Lizzy, my best friend from outside the blogging world (what a coincidence)!

She was convinced I knew about it as apparently she opened the email right on front of me but I honestly hadn't a clue. When she came to my door it was a bit of a shock as I hadn't yet bought her Christmas present so I was very very confused but it was very funny nonetheless.

Lizzy got me this wonderful blanket from Primark, just what I need for this time of year because the inside has a really cosy lining along with a photo album and cat stickers (she knows me too well)!

I would like to wish you all a merry Christmas and a very happy new year!

Winter Fashion Wishlist

Even though Christmas is fast approaching, I thought I'd share a few clothing and accessories that I have had my eye on! It's the time for giving but sure it's no harm treating yourself to a little pre Christmas gift!

I have a confession.. I think I am slightly obsessed with Gossip Girl! And of course Chuck Bass is one of the main reasons for it.. How cute is this jumper though? A portion of the profits go to charity too, is that enough justification to buy it?

What is on your Christmas wish list?

Short Hairspiration

Recently it seems that I have been obsessing over short hair. After seeming Kate from gh0stparties post called 'Looking for Hairspiration' I have found myself really tempted to go for the chop again!
Although my hair isn't very long and I did get it cut short (for me) back in February, it would still be  quite a change.

I have came across celebs like Lauren Conrad, Lucy Hale and Lily Collins who have all got the chop in the past few months, how fab do they look? If I (eventually) end up going to the hairdressers these are the pictures that I will be armed with going in.

Would you ever cut your hair short?

Recently..
Hello everyone!

Firstly, how are we all?! And can we appreciate that it is less than one month until Christmas! I really need to get on with my Christmas shopping as I only have one thing bought so far, I initially said that I would start super early but I'm not the type to be very organised..

I have noticed in the last few months that I haven't done a monthly favourites, it just slipped my mind to be honest so today I am bringing to you a post about a number of things that I have been loving recently!

I've been wearing..
Ever since going to H&M in London at the end of August I feel a new love for H&M here in Ireland. It was never a shop I went into, always so cluttered and unorganised with last years stock still hanging around however in recent weeks I have found some gems that I am in love with. My favourite piece that I have picked up is this mustard thick knit jumper. It is just perfect for this time of year and I feel the need to wear it almost everyday to college as it's just so easy to throw on and as it has been freezing the last few weeks, it keeps me nice and warm. It is available in a few other colours too if mustard isn't your thing, I am so tempted to go back and get the grey one for myself!

I've been using..
..MAC Eyebrow pencil and Brow Gel
When I got my makeup done in MAC for the Debs the makeup artist used this pair on my eyebrows and I had to buy it afterwards. They provide quite a natural look, as I don't think very strong brows suit me, and they last all day which is perfect for going to university.

I've been watching..
..Gossip Girl

Ever since my free month of Netflix ran out during the summer I had a gaping Gossip Girl shaped hole in my life (wow, slightly overdramatic). Since recently getting Netflix back I'm in my element and pretty much spend all of my free time watching it. I'm halfway through season 4 and it's SO GOOD so if you haven't watched it yet and are looking for a good girly show, watch it!

.. Love/ Hate
If you live outside Ireland you probably won't know what this is, but it's basically a drama based on gangland crime in Dublin. I don't want to spoil anything, but the series finale for season 5 aired a few weeks ago and it was shocking and just so good! I would watch this over Gossip Girl because to be honest it is the best thing that has come from Irish television. Each series is quite short too so you won't spend about 50 hours of your week spent on front of the TV!

I've been reading..
'The Goldfinch' by Donna Tartt

So I have been reading this whopper 800 page novel for a few months now (thanks to university readings) and oh my it is brilliant. I am about halfway through and it is just such a sad but fabulously written book. It is about a young boy who's mother dies in an explosion in New York and we follow his story throughout the years afterwards. As I mentioned, I am only halfway through but I am hooked on it and I would recommend it if you have the time to read it.

I've been burning..
..Mahogany Teakwood candle by Bath and Body Works
It's pretty much my perfect candle. When I visited America in June this candle was at the top of my wish list however when I got there my parents insisted on me only getting one three wick candle as it would weigh down the bags however since arriving home they haven't stopped whining about why we didn't buy more of these... seriously guys?! It is literally the perfect smell, it's smells like Abercrombie! I'm using it sparingly at the moment as it is almost gone so I am scouring the internet looking for a reasonably priced replacement.. If I find one, be sure that I will let you all know!

What have you been loving recently?

My Skincare Routine & How I Cleared Up My Skin

My Skincare Routine & How I Cleared Up My Skin

How are we all today?! Can you believe how close it is getting to Christmas? All of the shops are so Christmassy and it has really got me into the Christmas spirit, oh and has anyone else noticed that Sky Christmas has started back up? That is definitely something to be excited about! The one thing about this time of year is that it gets sooo cold which means I need to up my game when it comes to skincare..

Since June I really haven't been happy with my skin as I felt like I constantly had breakouts, which I never had before! I have normal to slightly oily skin and up to June I would only get the odd spot every once in a while, nothing major. I don't know what happened but my skin just took a turn for the worse and I always had spots on my forehead however in the last few weeks I have sorted out my problem!

Just a few weeks ago I bought the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (a recommendation from Lizzy) from Boots for about €10 with one muslin cloth included. I've been using it every morning and night by using one pump, messaging it into my skin and removing it with my muslin cloth soaked in hot water. Although it seems like a bit of a pain having to do this every morning, I assure you it's worth it! I think this has been the only reason my skin has cleared up. I used the Boots Traditional Glycerin and Rosewater as a toner for a while but it ran out so instead I just splash cold water on my face to close my pores after I cleanse.

For moisturiser I have been using the Simple Kind To Skin Replenishing Rich Moisturiser which I like  as it doesn't break me out however I want to branch out and try something new so if you have any moisturiser recommendations let me know!

I have to mention my trusty Sudocreme because whenever I break out I put a thin layer of this on my face and it clears it up in no time.

What is your favourite skincare product?!

Maybelline Colour Drama Lipstick in Berry Much

Maybelline Colour Drama Lipstick in Berry Much
So the time of year has come around again that it is perfectly acceptable to wear a bold berry or red lip all of the time so this Autumn/ Winter I'm going to take full advantage!

I have been wanting to jump on the whole lip pencil band wagon for a while now but I just couldn't bring myself to go to the Nars counter and break the bank just to try one. When I saw a these Maybelline dupes pop up in Boots I couldn't wait to try them. After reading a few blog posts about them, I decided I wanted the shade 'Berry Much' however it was nowhere to be found. I searched the Boots Irish website and several shops but I couldn't find it anywhere! So after a desperate few weeks I finally caved and bought it on Amazon. Shipping only took a few days, it was very quick to arrive so I'll leave all of the sellers info below.

Ramblings aside, let's talk about the lip pencil!

Lets start with the basics- it is very pigmented, quite long lasting (it even lasted a nandos meal which I was very surprised about) and it is a satin finish. Obviously as it isn't completely matte so it doesn't dry my lips out so much that I'm recovering for days (*cough cough* Ruby Woo) which is always a bonus!

Overall I'm very impressed with the Colour Drama Lipsticks, even though I can't compare them to some of the alternative high end products as I haven't tried them but if you're not willing to fork out €25 for a Nars Lip Pencil why not give these a go instead?!

You can find them at Boots, however I got mine here on Amazon.

Bargain Buy | Penneys Coat
The arrival of the Autumn months for me means one thing, a new Autumn/ Winter coat. I'll put my hands up and admit, I don't need a new one, I have far too many but I love nothing more than buying one (or two) new additions when the weather gets colder.

On a recent trip to Penney's/ Primark I was really impressed with their new stock. In the last year they have certainly upped their game and their prices, however if the clothes are better quality you really can't go wrong.

As I was making my way through the aisles I was drawn to the coat section, they had such variety. But when I saw this coat I instantly fell in love. The colours and pattern are perfect for the time of year and it is really good quality, for €40, its a steal!

They had so many different coats so if you're passing by, be sure to go in and check them out.

What is your favourite place to buy winter coats?

Nima Brush 2nd Birthday Party & Launch

Nima Brush 2nd Birthday Party & Launch
So last Thursday was a very exciting day for Niamh Martin from NIMA Brush, it was her company's second birthday party and the launch of a new collection of brushes!

I had the pleasure of attending the event which was held in Krystal Nightclub on Harcourt Street in Dublin. Niamh couldn't have picked a better venue, it was absolutely gorgeous. When we arrived, we received a goodie bag filled with exciting beauty bits from brands like Molten Brown and Sleek along with a complementary glass of wine. From the venue, to the atmosphere, to the food (the cupcakes were to die for) I had a great night and its obvious that Niamh knows how to throw a party!!

As I mentioned, Niamh just launched a new collection of brushes, the Artistic Collection. Each brush is a duck egg colour with gold hardware and uniquely each brush is named after some very special people in Niamh's life which gives the range a lovely personal feel. There are 20 different brushes with both natural and synthetic fibres. I purchased some brushes on the night, I bought 'Debs' and 'Patricia' because lets be honest here, you can never have enough eye brushes. I have yet to try them, but I'm sure I will do a review very soon.

'Debs'

'Patricia'

So thanks again to Niamh Martin for the invite and I wish her all the best with NIMA Brush in the future because I'm sure she will go on to achieve even bigger and better things.

You can find more information about NIMA Brush at www.nimabrush.com!

Clinique Skincare | Review
Hello everyone!
Today I am coming to you with another review, but this time it is a review on some Clinique skincare products. As you may have seen a few weeks ago I purchased the Daily Essentials Kit in the airport, something that I was very excited about. I had never really tried high end skincare products but I couldn't resist these in the duty free as I was looking for some new products to try. They just seemed really luxurious, nothing like products I have used before, anyway, on to the review!

Liquid Facial Soap
I never thought I would like this as I was never a fan of cleansers that you have to lather on your face and wash off but I love this! It is really gentle on my skin yet i feel like it cleans it really deeply.

Clarifying Lotion 3
This is the toner of the bunch and I have to say it is my least favourite of them all. It does its job, and very well I might add, as it makes my pores disappear and smooths out my skin perfectly however we need to talk about the smell for a minute, it is the only thing that turns me off this product. It has a very strong smell of alcohol which burns when I am using the product near my nose and eyes, thats how strong of a smell it is! It is a real shame because this is the reason that I may hesitate to repurchase it in the future.

Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel
All I can say is I really like it! I had never used a gel before but I was pleasantly surprised by it as I didn't know what to think of a gel moisturiser. In my opinion if you were buying any of these products, this would be the one to get.

Overall
Overall I just love the feeling these products make my skin feel. When I am finished my skin just glows and looks so much clearer, which is always a plus! The only thing is that this routine doesn't remove your makeup so I usually go in first with some Garnier Micellar Water or Bioderma to remove the majority of it. The great thing about this system is that it caters for all different skin types. I have oily/ combination skin so I use the Clarifying Lotion 3 but you can get 1 to 4 catering from dry to oily skin.

Have you ever tried these products? What do you think of them?

DEBS

DEBS
So last Monday was my debs, basically prom for those outside Ireland. A night where we all get really dressed up, get our hair and makeup done and celebrate one last time with everyone from our school year group before we head off in our different directions. Personally, I had a great night, I loved every minute of it!

As I went to a debs last year, which I wrote about here, I was very laid back about the whole process this year. I started to search for a dress and found one that I fell in love with on Fanny Crown. If you saw my post about my awful experience with the company Loving Dresses (you can check it out here), you would know that I was hesitant to order online again but I need to talk about Fanny Crown for a second. I bought from them last year and loved my dress so I ordered from them again and was again in love with my dress. What you see on the site is what you get and at the moment, it is the only evening dress site that I trust! The material is really good quality and they have so many dresses so if you are looking for an evening dress check them out!
You can find my dress here.

My day started off with an appointment at 11 o' clock in MAC to get my makeup done. I went for a nude lip and a brown/ burgundy smokey eye which I was in love with!

Next I headed to get my hair done.. Shauna from Shauna Spain Hair Styling who is a blogger over at Flutter On By did my hair which was gorgeous! I was very wary of up styles, I didn't think they suited me at all but I loved what Shauna did with my hair. One thing that I fear about going to a hair stylist is that they won't listen to what you want but the thing I loved about Shauna was that she listened to me and took all that I had to say on board. I wanted a loose up style with lots of volume and she did just that. If you live in the Dublin area I highly recommend her services so I will leave all of her links below along with some very exciting deals she is offering!

After all that was done I headed home and got the house ready before all of the guests arrived. It was so nice having all of my friends and family together to show me off to the debs. I had such a good time and would recommend anyone that gets the chance to go, GO! It is so expensive but it can be an amazing night. I had so much fun with all of my friends and it was a great way to celebrate finishing secondary school one last time, not to mention that I won the award for 'Most likely to be a crazy cat lady'.. A huge achievement in my opinion that may make its way onto my CV!! All jokes aside, my classmates know me too well!

I will leave you with some more pictures now, I hope you enjoyed this post.

Did you ever go to your Debs/ Prom?!

Shauna's Links:

Shauna is extending her opening offers for the month of September which I will leave below which includes a Full Head of Extensions, styled and cut for €250.

August Favourites

August Favourites
As much as I love Summer, I am very excited to move on to the Autumn/ Winter season! It is crazy to think that everyone is going back to school.. Where did them three months go?! Anyway, on with the favourites..

My first favourite has to be my Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint in Blueberry. I have been loving blue nail varnish at the moment and this has been my go- to colour all month. To be honest you can probably see it best in the picture but I love this formula and have picked up a few this month! I reviewed the shade 'Sugar Apple' here.

My next beauty favourite has been 'Sketch' eyeshadow from MAC. I have been trying to bring more colour into my eye makeup (emphasis on trying) but I think this eyeshadow is a step in the right direction! I would describe this as a burgundy colour which I have used to deepen up my crease.

My fashion favourite of the month has to be my new 'Leigh' jeans from Topshop. They have rips at the knees which I didn't think I would like, but I absolutely love! I have always thought my favourite type of jeans from Topshop were the 'Joni' jeans but 'Leigh' definitely give 'Joni' a run for their money! They are high waisted and really stretchy, everything I look for in jeans, plus, there is a colour for everyone!

Lastly I have a book favourite! For the past month I have been reading 'Gone Girl' by Gillian and I loved it. It is about a woman who goes missing and the blame is being put on her husband. The film is being released soon so if you want to see what you will be reading about, watch that! It's great because there are so many twists and turns, I don't want to give anything away but you will be shocked! I actually read it on my Mam's kindle which I thought was brilliant for just throwing in my bag and easy to read on the go but overall in my opinion, you can't beat a good paperback!

What were your August favourites?!

A/W Lipstick Wish List

A/W Lipstick Wish List
Hi everyone.. One of the main reasons that I love Autumn/ Winter is the fact that it is much more acceptable to wear a bold lip! I am not a nudes girl at all so the thought of stocking up on new bold lip colours is very exciting.

Top: MAC - Diva / Yield to Love / Girl About Town

As so many others, I am a huge fan of MAC lipsticks. The colour range is huge and there are several finishes, there is a lipstick for everyone (not to mention they smell AMAZING). Two of the MAC lipsticks above are in the permanent collection, the two on the edge. The one on the left is Diva, described as an intense reddish- burgundy is a matte finish, such a gorgeous winter colour. The lipstick on the far right is Girl About Town, not a typical A/W colour but every time I am in store I have to swatch it.
The lipstick in the middle is called Yield to Love, described as a mid toned rose colour. This is part of  'A Novel Romance' collection coming to the UK and Ireland on the last Thursday in August.. Which means its already available! I have never been drawn to a MAC collection but I can't wait to swatch all of these products in store. You can check the collection out here

The two bottom lipsticks are both from the drugstore. Black Cherry by Revlon was huge last A/W and I can see why! It is a dark red with a hint of purple which looks really scary but when you swatch it it looks much more wearable. It is a high shine finish so I can't imagine it would last too long..

Lastly we have Sleeks True Colour Lipstick in Vamp. This product looks like a very good dupe for MAC - Diva as it is also a dark brown with red and its also has a matte formula! This product is the cheapest of all retailing at €5.99, about €10 cheaper than the MAC lipsticks. I have yet to try any lip product from Sleek but I hope to try some out very soon!

What is your go to lip product for Autumn/ Winter?

My AWFUL Experience with LovingDresses.com

My AWFUL Experience with LovingDresses.com
Hello everyone!

A bit of a negative post today, but it needs to be done because if I had read a post like this before I ordered from LovingDresses.com I would have saved myself a lot of money.

Just as a background, I was invited to a debs (like a prom) so I was looking for an evening dress that wasn't unbelievably expensive. I had ordered an evening dress twice from Fanny Crown in the past and have had the best experience with them and their service so I was naively confident about ordering a dress online. After searching online for a few days I came across the website LovingDresses.com.

Long story short, I bought this dress. My order came to €123.46 which I was happy enough with as I had high expectations for the dress. In fairness shipping was very fast, my payment went through on the 18th of July and the dress arrived on the 22nd but that didn't excuse the product that I got.

As you can see from the image above, the dress was nothing like the image on the website. The colour was completely different, the material was completely different and the beading was also completely different! The quality was really bad too. As I studied consumer rights in school I know that the product shown must match the sample and this dress in no way matched the sample. To make it worse the dress was way too big even though I measured myself according to their sizes and we got a €55 customs charge at the door! At this stage I was slightly angry, more upset than angry to be honest but the worst was yet to come as their customer service was AWFUL.

I just wanted my money back at this stage so I kindly asked for it back, letting them know how disappointing their service was but towards the end of my dealing with them I just got so angry.. They just wouldn't give me my money back so I eventually gave up, probably what they wanted. Have a read of our conversation below..

So yes I got a pitiful €52 back, nothing compared to the €178.46 I paid overall. I am sickened with this company so if you are thinking of buying a dress from this company, DON'T, it's not worth the hassle. The dress may look like it has good reviews but they don't post the ones over 4 starts, I wrote several and none have made their way onto the website. If you ever are going to buy something like this online, don't make the mistake that I did, really do your research about the company, you'll save yourself the money!

Have you ever had an experience like this?

Thanks for reading!

Beauty Haul | Duty Free Purchases
Hello everyone!
As you may know I was in London last week and as I had a bit of cash left over by the end of the holiday I decided to go splurge in the duty free.

I don't normally buy anything in duty free, aside from the odd perfume but as I needed some new skincare products I had to go to the Clinique counter. For years I stuck to my Simple products, I just didn't want to sway away from the products that pretty much kept my skin looking ok however I felt that there was so many more products on the market that it was silly to not branch out a little. I have heard a lot about the Clinique 3 step system so I decided to give it a go. As I have semi oily skin I went for the 3rd clarifying lotion. If you haven't a clue what I am talking about, basically the clarifying lotion comes in different formulas to tend to different skin types. I was dying to try this brand because I had never really tried higher end skin care products before and Clinique just seems like they know what they are talking about! Anyway, I pricked up this set, the Daily Essentials kit. It contains the Liquid Facial Soap, the Clarifying Lotion, the Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel, the Take Off the Day Makeup Remover and the All About Eyes Cream. I picked this kit because it was only £35 and I only wanted small sizes of the products as I didn't know how my skin would take to this new skincare routine! I will be sure to update you all in a few weeks to see how my skin looks and feels after using these products. All of these products can be found on the Clinique website here.

It would have been rude not to hit the MAC counter.. I had been eyeing up the paint pots for ages but I never got around to buying one. I really wanted a neutral one for a base, Painterly or Soft Ochre but I was way too indecisive as to which one suited me more but when i saw 'Bare Study' I fell in love with it! It is a champagne colour and it is so creamy. However now I am slightly regretting my spontaneity because I realised it is almost identical to another cream eye shadow I own (keep your eyes peeled for a comparison post.

Lastly I had to repurchase the Benefit Porefessional. I ran out of it a few weeks ago and I have been missing it ever since so I had to repurchase. I use it every day because it does such a good job at blurring my pores so I thought the price was justifiable.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed this mini haul!!

Have you picked up any beauty bits lately?!

Exam Results Celebrations | OOTN
Wednesday the 13th of August this year was possibly the most anticipated day for so many fellow anxious Leaving Cert students across the country. It was the day I got my results of my exams I did last June which determined if I got into university or not in a few weeks.

I won't say much about what results I got but I will say I was over the moon! I think people get to bogged down with grades but as long as you do the best to your ability, thats all that matters. It was such a surreal feeling, although most of my friends did better than me, I cried with happiness because I knew I did the best that I could, something that I never had experienced before as I am constantly comparing myself to others.

After the huge anti climax of getting the results we hit the town to celebrate and this is what I wore! I wore this black playsuit from River Island with my clutch from Penny's / Primark and my usual heels from Topshop. I recently bought heated rollers so I tried them out for the first time on my hair that night. I think I need some practice but wow they give your hair some volume! My watch is Marc Jacobs, my ring is from Brandy Melville and Barry M's Blueberry is on my nails.

Playsuit / Shoes(Similar)

If you got your results I hope you were happy, but if you were disappointed just remember, there are ways around everything and these exams aren't the end of the world!

The Top Ten Tag

Hello everyone! I haven't done a tag in what seems like months so when I was tagged to do the Top Ten tag by Cliona I knew I had to do it.

Just a side note, if you don't read Cliona's blog already, you really should. She's such a lovely girl who blogs about beauty, fashion and lifestyle. You can tell she puts so much effort into her posts and photos so I thought she deserved a bit of a promo!! You can find her here at www.clionahill.com
Anyway, on to the tag!

1. Foundation
This is a tough one, I have far too many foundations. When I am buying makeup I am always drawn to foundation which has resulted in an unnecessary amount of them. Due to the fact that I love far too many I decided to cheat and tell you about two? For nights out my go to is the MAC Studio Fix Fluid. It has medium to high coverage and just makes your skin look flawless. The only bad thing is the girl colour matched me to NC20, which is really dark for me so I can only wear it when I have tan on. For everyday I love the Tarte Amazonian Clay Airbrush Foundation which is a powder foundation. It's so light on the skin it feels like I'm not even wearing foundation! I reviewed it here if you are interested.

2. Powder
My go to is the Rimmel Stay Matte powder. I'm no expert on powders so when I heard hype about this product I just said I'd buy it because I needed something to set my foundation!

3. Concealer
One of all time favourite products, my MAC Pro Longwear Concealer. As I suffer from awful under eye circles, I decided to fork out the money for this product and it's so worth it! It doesn't crease and really high coverage so it helps cover my under eye circles.

4. Blush
As I always think I have such rosy cheeks, I never buy or wear blush.. That is a bit of a shameful statement as a beauty blogger but oooops.

5. Bronzer
My absolute favourite bronzer is the Sleek Face Contour Kit in light. It's really cheap and doesn't come out orange, a win win really!

6. Highlighter
In my opinion you can't beat MAC Mineralise Skin Finish in Soft and Gentle. It is quite a dramatic highlight but I love it! I only use it for my cheekbones because I think it is  bit much to highlight anywhere else but I love it regardless.

7. Mascara
I have gone through so many mascaras but in my opinion you can't beat a drugstore mascara. There are so many available and a lot of them are so much better than high end ones! My pick is the L'Oreal False Lash Telescopic mascara. This gives me more length than volume which I love.

8. Eye shadow
My favourite eyeshadow palette (is that another cheat?!) is my MAC palette. Although it is expensive, it's so worth it! I love having the ability to choose my own combination of eyeshadows out of such a huge selection. If you want to see what is in my MAC palette you can check it out here.

9. Brows
Hands down, Soap and Glory Brow Archery. I think I talk about it enough on my blog so I won't keep going on about it, but if you haven't tried it out yet, DO IT.

10. Lip product
Kate Moss 107 is amazing! I am more of a red/ bold lip lover so it's a tough one to choose my favourite but this has to be my fav.

A Little Trip to Brighton | OOTD
On a recent trip to London, Lizzy and I couldn't resist taking a little day trip to Brighton. In recent months, I feel like so many YouTubers and bloggers have moved there and I can definitely see why.

On the day we went the sun was splitting the stones and the town was bustling with locals and tourists. It had such a great atmosphere and it was such a cute little town that I couldn't help not sharing some photos with you all, as well as showing you what I wore.

We took a walk along the coast, strolled around the lanes and visited the beach huts, as well as lounged in the sun in the deck chairs on the stoney beach. We couldn't have asked for a better day to visit Brighton! If any of you get the chance to go, take it, I would love to return for a few days to fully experience this beachside town.

My dress is from H&M, my shoes are from New Look and my bag is from Urban Outfitters(old) incase you were wondering!
